Mother's day

What a day my second mother's day as a mother. Connor let me sleep in till Eight :) Then he was so good and wanted to watch Nemo and then the Increadables, so Mommy got to finish the book I have been trying to finish since school started. Kingsolver's Prodical Summer, it was good but you have to really like Kingsolver to like this book. So after cleaning house with Connor's help we went to my parents' house. Where we helped mom repot a huge plant and then when Eryn got home from the gym we played Soccer Ball with Cons. Eryn has a casting call deal for something and wanted me to take her because she didn't feel like driving. So Connor got to stay with Bubbe and Zadye for a while and loved every minute of it.

Over the weekend I had to work on Saturday it was so hard to do because it was so damn nice out and it is the river Fest. I didn't want to be in the office at all, but I put in a good number of hours and left. Spent the day with my best friend/sister Tina and we BBQed until it was time for me and Cons to go and babysit. Man does that family owe me some babysitting hours. I might actually get to go to the movies this summer. Yes being a mommy has made me the most uncool single person there is.
