So the weeks are getting away from me now. Time seems to be flying by! 2009 is nearly over and 2010 is bitting at our heels! You are getting bigger by the minute, your tumbles and kicks are getting much stronger now. I love sitting and watching you move around, that is when I can catch you doing it. At work you are often awake doing your baby dancing, but when I get a chance to sit back and watch you stop same thing happens at home or around others. You are already making me giggle and smile! You are a welcome and anticipated addition to our family. Today is Christmas and our christian friends are enjoying time with their families. We are going to catch a movie and Chineese Buffet with Auntie. Mommy use to do this with Bubbe, Zayde and Auntie when she was a kid, now we are doing it with your big brother and next year with you too! Maybe not the movie but atleast Chineese buffet :) So here are a few pictures of Mom nearly six months along with you...
The Gollin Boys
A glimpse into my crazy head. Mostly this is about my boys, but venting about everyday events and the great things about being a professional career woman and mother while trying to successfully balance having it all. lol

24 Weeks
This is the week there is no doubt I am pregnant with you, lil bit. I think I have finally started to gain some weight and in a healthy way which I am of course pleased about. Hanukkah Dinner at Bubbe and Zayde's was such fun as usual. We all were laughing so much and Mommy was stuffed with the most wonderful home cooked favoriates, Cornish Game Hens, Matzo Ball Soup and Latkas!!!!
Bubbe and Zayde got you a few packages of diapers and Auntie got you the cutest green monkey soft blanket and I must tell you it is the first blanket new to you. Bubbe is starting work on your receiving blanket. I was going to use Connor's White Angel Receiving blanket Bubbe made him, but Bubbe insists you have your own special blanket and as usual she is right.
I cant believe in a matter of months you are going to be in my arms! I am still amazed when I think about it you are a real person growing in my tummy and making it dance at night. That you are going to be my second son and complete our little family helps me realized how truly blessed I am.
Your mommy is working hard at advancing her career not only to better provide for you and your big brother but for me too. I promise to love you with all my heart and be the best mother humanly possible to you and your brother. We might not be the "perfect" family but what family is, I promise you will always have me and you will always be able to count on me!

22 WEEKS
Had our OB appointment last Thursday...Mom kept her coat, purse and boots on to weigh in and nurse recorded a two pound weight gain but in reality I havent gained anything. You have Mama eating all the time but keeping it healthy maybe too healthy and not enough calories. But we are working on it, easy this time of year. Friday morning, a coworker brought in Bagels and cream cheese (mom's favoriate breakfast) then there was a large potluck luncheon, which Mommy had more then enough to eat. Later that evening was the first night of Hanukkah so as tradition we went to services and had Hanukkah dinner at shul with our friends in the Jewish community who are so excited to meet you when the time comes. Saturday was your Auntie's 26th birthday, she decided on Outback for dinner and I treated us to Stake and Lobster with Walk About Soup and Cesar Salad, yep I ate it all! Then we took your big brother to see Princess and the Frog. It was a long weekend but we had fun and all the while Connor was talking about how excited and ready he is to meet you. Here is a picture of Mommy pregnant with you about five months now...actually now not able to wear my normal jeans and tops its into maternity clothes I go...

Nearly 21 weeks
My Favoriate part of Thanksgiving...Bubbe's Pumpkin Pie
I am finally completely over the nausa thing and feeling great! Thanksgiving was spent at my family's house and we stuffed ourselves with all my favoriate foods. It took me nearly two hours to get through all that was piled on my plate but loved every mouth stuffing minute of it. After Auntie and Connor were finished eating they laid on the Great Room Couch and wrestled around for a bit. They had me dying of laughter, it really did cause pain, My bladder started spasming but a price I gladly paid to witness those two together.
I am eating healthy and often so hopefuly no lecture on gaining weight next week at the OB appointment. I still am on the minus 2 pound side but Grayson is happy and letting me know often now that he is there. I have so much to be thankful for this year as I do every year.
I ventured down stairs later in the evening to retreive the basenit my older sister gave me when I had Connor and bring up the Hand made wooden Craddle my grandmother used with my mom and Uncle, which my parents used for my little sister and I, therefore I used it with Connor and will do so with Grayson. While down there I spoted a pair of my roller skates! My figure skates to be exact, brought back so many memories. I tried them on and amazed they still fit, I admit a bit more snug around the toes but they fit! Perfect timing since Connor's friend's birthday party is Saturday at Roller City.
Above is Bug (Auntie's Dog) ready for his Thanksgiving Dinner
